Analyst I, Business

Job Overview:
Our Analyst I, Business executes systems analysis techniques and procedures. This position functions independently on project tasks and will work with more senior level business analysts on larger or more complex assignments. Future roles could include Analyst II, Business.

Key Accountabilities:
Executes assigned tasks during the project life cycle. Tasks may include:

	Updates time and action calendars.
	Schedules meetings.
	Issues meeting notes and follow up items.
	Resolves simple issues to move project forward.
	Follows a test plan and keeps a problem list.
	Performs problem resolution during installation phase.

Skill Summary

	Bachelor's degree preferred. In lieu of a Bachelors degree, we will accept equivalent in education and/or experience.
	Minimum of 1-2 years project management experience in a major retail or IS environment.
	Familiarity with PC tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
	Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
	Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines.
