We take great care in selecting individuals who we believe will take good care of the customer, then train, develop, and incent them to be their personal best.
The newest inductees into the Macy’s, Inc. STAR academy reflect the company’s most successful professionals in 2007. Each year, our top sales associates and sales managers are selected from each retail division to join this prestigious group, based on outstanding success in sales, service, credit loyalty and leadership. Beginning in 2007, the STAR academy now recognizes excellent performance by retail divisions’ support associates and managers.
