Storeline Management
	Mark Store Manager "During the interview for this position, I was asked what I loved most about the company. I said it was the fact that a 21-year-old could start out as temporary help and ten years later be sitting in the CEO's office interviewing for a store manager position. That's called opportunity and this company has plenty of it."

	Oscar Sales Associate "Once a customer comes in to this department, I make sure they walk away satisfied. That customer will not only refer other people to Macy's, but they will want to come back to my department. It helps the company overall by increasing their profitability and also building a solid reputation."
	Tony Sales Associate "I also enjoy the teamwork that goes into this business. Each individual contributes unique ideas, making our work more efficient and effective."
	Patty Sales Associate "I came to Macy's during the Christmas season 14 years ago. I planned to work only for a short while but then was asked to stay with the company long-term. I liked the people that I worked with and the atmosphere, which is why I decided to stay."
	Eva Sales Associate "Come in with a good work ethic and take pride in your work. Communicate and ask questions if you need to, and do your best every day. There is not a better place to work. In fact, my daughter works for the company too."
Buying
	Leslie Buyer "There are a lot of other companies that participate in community service but none that are as dedicated to it as Macy's South. You can see this in how the company supports and encourages its employees to get involved. I've seen entire divisions take a day out of the office to work in a soup kitchen or help out at a Special Olympics event."
	Pearl Buyer "We work very cohesively as a team, and my contributions can be anywhere from offering my opinions and making allowances to support my team and other coworkers to making sure that projects are accomplished."
