Paid Time Off
Time away from work is important! Vacations, holidays and personal days are provided annually to eligible employees based on position and length of service. Bereavement Leave and Civic Duty Leave for jury duty are also paid time off for a limited number of days.
Leave of Absence
As an employee of Macy's, you may request a leave of absence from work to care for either yourself or an eligible ill or disabled member of your family, for a work-related disability, military duty, or for personal reasons.
Workplace Flexibility
Because serving our customers includes early hours, evenings and weekends, store schedules are not those typical of other industries. However, Macy's tries to offer employees scheduling choices whenever possible. For those who need even more flexibility, our on-call associate schedules offer you the option to work when you are available.
Community Service
