Medical and Dental Programs
It's a simple principal - we help keep you healthy, you help keep us strong. Macy's offers medical and dental programs to eligible full-time and part-time associates. Associates' costs vary based on the coverage selected that's right for them and their families. Same gender Domestic Partner coverage is available.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
The Health Care FSA program provides the opportunity for eligible full-time and part-time associates to pay out of pocket health care costs on a pre-tax basis saving on taxes. Associates with younger children can also enroll in the Dependent Care FSA program to save even more on taxes. The savings through these programs mean more dollars in your pocket!
Disability Income Protection
Protecting your income in the event of a disability is important to you and your family. Programs to protect you in the event of a short-term disability due to illness or non-work related injury are available at most locations. Eligibility and programs available vary by region. In addition, Macy's offers long-term disability programs to eligible full-time and part-time associates at most locations.
Healthy Living Wellness Programs
Macy's cares about your health and understands that the key to good health starts with education and wellness. Many Macy's locations participate in Healthy Living events including blood pressure checks, cholesterol screening, Weight Watchers and more. In addition, Macy's HealthyChoices medical options offer free preventative care coverage to enrolled associates and their families. Information about wellness and what you can do to stay healthy is available to enrolled associates on most of our health care partners' web-sites.
