401(k) Plan
Macy's profit-sharing 401(k) investment plan helps you save for retirement and offers the opportunities for tax savings plus a share of the Company's profits. If eligible you can save from 1% to 25% of your eligible compensation either on a pre-tax or after-tax basis through defined payroll deductions. And the plan even includes a generous annual match from Macy's on a portion of your pre-tax savings.

Macy's provides to eligible full time and part time employees a 100% Company-paid benefit that can provide you with a basic source of income when you retire.
Life, Accident and Travel Insurance
Macy's offers eligible full-time and part-time associates optional life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance (AD&D) coverage. Associates can choose a coverage level that works best for them and their family. Family coverage, including same gender domestic partner coverage is available. Travel accident insurance is also provided.
