It's the clincher! You and eligible family members are entitled to an associate discount at all Macy's and Bloomingdale's stores, Macys.com, and Bloomingdale's by Mail. Throughout the year enhanced discounts are offered and Macy's Merchandising Group associates are eligible at Macy's East or Bloomingdale's.

And we believe outstanding work should be recognized. So to show our gratitude and appreciation, we've developed recognition programs that celebrate and reward exceptional work, and that strengthen the bond of loyalty between our company and associate. These awards are not only a token of our respect for your work; they are an acknowledgement of extraordinary contributions that every employee has an opportunity to make. The following is a snapshot of our recognition program, including some of the ways we spotlight the accomplishments of our associates. - MMG's Top Performer Award recognizes associates who significantly exceed the expectations of their job. Winners are recognized twice a year at our all-employee meetings. Top Performers attend a special recognition luncheon, receive a certificate, a trophy award, a framed picture taken with the Chairman and President, and recognition internally through the company newsletter, Internet site, and Recognition Boards located throughout the workplace.
- The Chairman's Award, presented at the spring biannual meeting, is a distinguished honor for the best-performing merchant or merchant team. The President's Award is an additional recognition for two Top Performers (one overseas winner and one New York office winner) from the "Support" side of the organization. The overseas award winner is invited to fly to New York for the spring recognition event.
- Special Recognition Awards are granted to associates who have demonstrated exceptional performance in either the merchant or support areas.
- The Overseas Office of the Year Award recognizes excellence within the international Macy's Merchandising Group team.
