Overview of position: The Marketing Analytics Manager focuses on the strategic and analytic support of the marketing and merchandising teams. Primary responsibilities include the management and delivery of web analytic intelligence, promotion forecasting and analysis and supporting the internal management of projects and deliverables for the Analytic Team. This position is instrumental in bridging marketing and merchandising with an understanding of who is the customer, how are they interacting with the website, what are they purchasing and what is the opportunity for making them more profitable. Key Accountabilities:  | Analytic support and direction for macys.com Merchandise Team- Act as merchant analytic lead. Support Merchandise Management teams' analytic needs including web usage and product and sales reporting.
- Support conversion and customer shopping experience improvement by driving organizational understanding of the customers interaction with the website.
- Leverage understanding of business processes and familiarity with merchandise and site performance data to guide execution and improve productivity through recommendations and opportunity identification.
- Work closely with marketing customer acquisition and retention groups to support decision and optimization process.
- Coordinate requests for new reports, translating business questions into analytic plans.

- Provide promotion cost and response reporting.
- Leverage response history to drive refinement of forecast models and support recommendations for promotion usage optimization.
|  | Support internal management of projects and deliverables for Analytic Team- Build and maintain team deliverable schedule, working with analytic team members to ensure dates are met.
- Organize and schedule production of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports.
- Build out calendar of deliverables and task document with project details. Manage internal weekly communication of deliverables.
- Coordinate with external team project manager for management of cross team projects.

- Act as macys.com Coremetrics user lead, ensuring that vendor is meeting organizational business needs. Manage regular, on-going communication and relationship with Coremetrics.
- Ensure end users are being consistently trained and empowered to leverage analytic data and Coremetrics solution.
- Route requests for web data and site usage analysis.
- Maintain prioritized list of "fixits" found by Coremetrics users.
- Consolidate and understand requests for enhancements to tracking and reports from business partners (Marketing, Merchandising, Production).
- Manage web analytic project prioritization based on business needs.

|  | FTC Compliance Process- Compile and communicate macys.com and Wedding Channel FTC reports to business partners.
- Communicate non-compliance, with requested action plans, to the business partner.
- Monitor fill rates, necessary to meet FTC compliance and company standards, communicating exceptions to the business partner.
