Job Overview:
Responding to inbound telephone calls and e-mails, Internet Customer Service representatives are responsible for resolving customer inquires regarding Internet sales, and service.
Key Accountabilities:
 | Receive incoming and make outgoing calls regarding shipping and billing issues while viewing and updating shipment and account information on-line. |
 | Assist customers in purchasing items via the Internet. |
 | Research and resolve inquiries via the credit systems and other media to respond to customer requests. |
 | Research and respond to customer inquiries via phone, mail, and e-mail regarding Internet sales and service. |
Skill Requirements:
Requirements for this position include a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), excellent customer service, problem solving, analytical, decision-making, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Typing and computer skills are required.
