Job Overview:
A combination of classroom and on-the-job training, our 18 - to 24 - month Accounting and Finance Development Program is structured with two to three rotations within the various departments of Accounting and Finance. Our program offers exciting job assignments, exposure to all levels of management and a diverse base of training opportunities.
Key Accountabilities:
 | Gain exposure to the various Accounting and Finance Departments by working on special projects that will vary depending upon the department in which the rotation is done. |
 | Rotations may include two to three of the following departments: Tax, Treasury, Divisional Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Capital Control, Risk Management, and Internal Audit. |
 | Demonstrate working knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles and practices by engaging in challenging assignments. |
 | Complete assigned projects by working with others in department, gaining a broad perspective on both the functions of the department and how it relates to the overall objectives of the company. |
 | Attend classroom training opportunities on topics such as communication, leadership, and diversity. |
 | Interact with all levels of management to communicate and/or present about topics vital to the business. |
Qualifications:
 | Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required - not appropriate for candidates with a Master's degree. |
 | Strong academic performance (GPA above 3.2 preferred). |
 | Outstanding demonstration of leadership skills. |
 | Strong communication and analytical skills. |
 | Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Windows. Microsoft Access is a plus. |
 | Ability to take initiative and learn quickly. |
