You will utilize your analytical and systems skills to manage and oversee an audit team that evaluates the effectiveness of operations and procedures. Also, you will be auditing the efficient use of company resources for all retail and non-retail divisions of Macy's, Inc., Audit teams are comprised of a mixture of Staff Auditors, Senior Auditors and a Manager.
Key Accountabilities
 | Responsible for examining and reporting on internal controls in connection with all accounting, financial and operational aspects of the company. |
 | Oversees Staff Auditors and Senior Auditors. |
Qualifications
 | 4 year undergraduate degree required (Accounting or Business Administration is preferred). |
 | Extensive knowledge and experience in major retail control functions and an in-depth knowledge of the department store business. |
 | Strong communication skills. |
 | Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Windows. |
 | Ability to work with minimal supervision. |
 | Ability to travel extensively (70-80%). |
