We operate America's department store. Compensation may be based on a set salary and/or commission, depending on the department.
- Store sales support - store-based, operations-related positions that ensure our stores run smoothly, look good and are fully stocked. This group is a critical link in our store teams and could include merchandise handling, loss prevention and visual presentation.

- Retail division corporate office - centralized groups, from buying and planning to marketing and finance, that work in an office setting to coordinate all aspects of a retail division's activities.
