Do you have any My Macy’s success stories that you were a part of?
“The macys.com branch of the My Macy’s initiative, I would say, is the “search and send” effort on both the parts of the store associates and the merchant team here at macys.com. The area in which I work, Men’s Shoes, has a large percentage of its sales come from omnichannel—meaning we are basically providing merchandise for customers in stores who previously would not have had the same access. This way, customers win, and in turn, Macy’s wins as well. I admire the fact that Macy’s is always trying to innovate new ways to reach and satisfy the customer. I believe this makes the atmosphere at Macy’s one of growth, creativity, and opportunity.”
