Credit Operations
Executive Development Program

In the Executive Development Program for Macy’s Customer and Credit Services, you’ll be responsible for managing a function or specific area within an assigned department. You’ll learn to communicate standards and expectations, monitor and evaluate job performance, implement employee training programs and recommend policy/procedures to maximize effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

What you have the opportunity to do

  • Directly manage associates, including supervisors
  • Interview, hire and train employees
  • Evaluate employee performance and reward achievements
  • Plan, forecast and control staffing/budget needs
  • Respond to and resolve customer or vendor issues
  • Make a presentation to the executive board

What to bring to the program

  • Bachelor’s degree with solid academic record, all majors welcome
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
